Job Summary

Lead Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation and compliance for programs, ensuring EVM artifacts meet requirements and teams are prepared for EVM events such as IBR and surveillance. Provide closed-loop feedback, collaborate with the enterprise EVM team for consistency, and review RFP/RFQ inputs for EVM requirements. Train program leaders through forums and certification events, and assess compliance to DIDs, CDRLs, and EVM Command Media.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) with minimum 8 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
•Experience applying Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Program Controls, and Cost/Schedule Integration.
•Experience with EVM compliance, materiality, and intent of process implementation.
•Experience with EVM reporting requirements including Data Item Descriptions for IMS and IPMR/IPMDAR.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
