Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with DDQA, Fab PI, cPIE and Fab QE to establish end-to-end QRC process.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams to identify FE process-to-package impact and ensure pFMEA is in place for process change control.
  • •Deploy inline control points and quality control systems, including specification validation and disposition measures.
  • •Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing issue problem-solving, including excursion material disposition via fail mode risk assessment.
  • •Collaborate across Test/Product/System/MFG/SMAI to deploy and roll out quality initiatives to improve quality/WLR metrics, and drive root-cause and manufacturing improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent practical experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing process or related technical roles.
  • •Knowledge of NAND traveler flow and fab area process.
  • •Strong model-based problem-solving with data-driven decision-making and effective presentation skills.
  • •Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve process issues by identifying root causes.
