Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain full-stack features end-to-end across UI, backend services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • •Partner with product and design to balance user needs, business goals, and technical trade-offs.
  • •Own work end-to-end and deliver on time by driving clarity, unblocking across team boundaries, and shipping.
  • •Apply engineering practices including thorough code review, automated testing, CI/CD, progressive delivery, feature flags, A/B experimentation, observability, and technical documentation.
  • •Set technical direction and quality bar, resolve critical technical issues, and mentor junior engineers.
