  • •Coordinate and drive an optimal end-to-end client onboarding experience for U.S. Bank transmissions, from journey definition to managing technical inquiries.
  • •Collaborate across business and technical teams to support transmission operations services success.
  • •Define execution workflows, create training materials, and drive system enhancements to improve operating efficiency.
  • •Assist in setting up customer access to transmission products and provide technical assistance in customer-facing environments.
  • •Onboard new customer implementations of Treasury Management Core and specialized treasury and financial products, tracking requests through completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Typically five or more years of relevant experience.
  • •Demonstrated hands-on experience with treasury management client onboarding, including ACH, BAI, Positive Pay, and related payment/reporting solutions.
  • •Working knowledge of Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and Managed File Service (MFS) configurations.
