Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent project delivery standards.
  • •Develop and implement strategic project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce project risks.
  • •Oversee management of multiple concurrent projects and programs to keep them on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business priorities.
  • •Conduct project portfolio analysis and provide executive recommendations for resource allocation and project prioritization.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop PMO teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and present detailed reports and dashboards to senior management and the board.

Key Requirements

  • •25+ years of experience, including 5 years in the GCC preferably managing roads, infrastructure, aviation, and rail projects.
  • •Proven expertise in developing and implementing PMO frameworks, governance structures, and project management methodologies.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex project portfolios with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • •Exceptional leadership capabilities and commitment to driving operational excellence across project initiatives.
  • •Arabic-speaking candidates are highly desirable.
