Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead requirements gathering by running workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business and functional requirements.
  • •Document objectives, goals, and success criteria, and prioritize/manage requirements to keep alignment with business needs and scope changes.
  • •Perform gap analyses to identify inefficiencies, create detailed user stories, use case diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Collaborate with clients and technical teams on system assessments and support new implementations and initiatives.
  • •Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies, coordinate across teams, and provide regular status updates and insights to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in a Business Analyst role, with experience translating business needs to complex software applications.
  • •Strong leadership skills, strategic insight, and attention to detail.
  • •Experience working across Agile and Waterfall project methods and handling challenging situations effectively.
  • •Competence with SAFe framework.
  • •Experience with tools such as Visio and Project, and with SQL and Power BI (preferred).
