Key Responsibilities

  • •Review new driver candidate files to ensure compliance with DOT and Carvana driver requirements.
  • •Administer and maintain Driver Qualification, medical, and compliance files in a secure, confidential manner.
  • •Monitor and correct non-compliant data in the ELD system dashboard (HOS violations, log errors, safety events, vehicle inspection reports, and unidentified driving events).
  • •Coordinate routine and post-accident drug and alcohol screenings and annual MVR reviews; track driver citations and violations.
  • •Counsel and advise drivers on proper log completion and DOT compliance; assist with internal incident investigations and partner with Legal, Compliance, People Operations, Logistics, and external stakeholders.
