Key Responsibilities

  • •Defend audits, perform risk assessments, and conduct technical architecture reviews across the Americas estate.
  • •Own the Americas security risk and compliance program, including policies, controls, risk register, regulatory engagement, and reporting.
  • •Manage the US GRC lead and partner with the US SecOps lead on operational risk and incident response.
  • •Build relationships with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit, and represent security in Americas leadership forums.
  • •Prepare for and increase regulator and licensing engagement, spotting gaps early and driving action plans through delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid GRC and risk grounding from a regulated industry (TradFi) or regulated crypto, with direct crypto experience a plus.
  • •Enough technical depth to hold your own in architecture or risk conversations with highly technical engineers.
  • •Demonstrated curiosity and self-directed learning beyond years-of-experience.
  • •Confident, clear communication with executives, auditors, and regulators.
