Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead your squad to successful technical outcomes, balancing technical debt, system design, reliability, observability, and business needs.
  • •Design and implement API, contract, integration, and service testing for distributed microservices, including service virtualization, mocking, test data management, and validation across environments.
  • •Design and execute performance, load, chaos, and resilience testing to identify scalability limits, resource constraints, degradation patterns, and failure modes.
  • •Use production signals (incidents, logs, alerts, defects, and customer-impact patterns) to find systemic quality gaps and improve safeguards to prevent recurring failures.
  • •Validate correctness in event-driven and asynchronous architectures, troubleshoot complex distributed issues, and contribute to CI/CD and containerized environments.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 11+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •At least 3 years of production experience with Go (Golang).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with AWS Cloud.
  • •Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems, including REST APIs and modern backend development practices.
  • •Hands-on testing experience for distributed microservices, including service virtualization/mocking, test data management, and validation across environments.
