Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently and accurately perform teller functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing checks and negotiable instruments.
  • •Examine documents for endorsements and negotiability, process account transfers, and handle credit card cash advances.
  • •Sell traveler's checks, official checks, and money orders; operate an online teller terminal and maintain privacy of customer information.
  • •Verify and balance cash daily, detect and resolve discrepancies promptly, and follow teller procedures and compliance requirements consistently.
  • •Provide excellent customer service by resolving client requests and inquiries and offering/cross-selling bank products and services.

Key Requirements
