Key Responsibilities

  • •Visit customers and distributors independently or with sales teams to support technical discussions and troubleshoot issues for key accounts.
  • •Provide application support to OEMs, Distributors and EMSs, including system analysis, product selection, layout/configuration, and technical comparisons.
  • •Translate customer needs to Commercial and R&D teams to facilitate product design and specification improvements and increase NBO success.
  • •Deliver customer and distributor training on product technology, applications, and regular product roadmap updates.
  • •Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to identify new opportunities and help achieve/exceed NBO pipeline targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably electrical engineering – power).
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in field/application engineering.
  • •Strong application knowledge in Power Management across Automotive & Transportation, Industrial, and Energy segments.
  • •Ability to work independently as part of a professional team.
  • •Willingness to learn, work under pressure, and good presentation skills.
