Key Responsibilities

•Own the overall relationship with assigned clients, including increasing adoption, retention, and satisfaction
•Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each client and drive continued value of products/services
•Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
•Work with clients to establish critical goals or KPIs and help them achieve those goals
•Identify and develop upsell opportunities with the largest customers

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention (tech/SaaS, RPA, or software)
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus

•Experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms
•Proficient in Office software
