Job Summary

Lead on-site occupational health and wellness services at the Greensboro Brown Summit Plant. Responsible for clinical care, emergency response, preventive health programs, compliance with TSCA/OSHA/NIOSH and site health objectives, and collaboration with HR and external vendors to maintain a safe, healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the care of ill and injured workers, including return to work assessment and fit for duty evaluation
•Engage with site and regional medical resources to support clinical activities, including following triage protocols, virtual screenings, confinement guidelines, and RTW planning
•Partner with HR on FMLA and ADA Interactive Process for site employees
•Conduct new hire post-offer health questionnaire review, physicals, and medical clearance
•Work with third party vendors to facilitate health services programs and resources
•Develop, interpret, and administer medical testing programs such as Hearing Tests and Respirator Physicals including Pulmonary Function Tests, Phlebotomy as indicated

Salary: 122,200

•Associate Nursing Degree or higher; B.S. Nursing Degree preferred
•An unencumbered nursing license and ability to obtain a North Carolina nursing license
•COHN or COHN-S (preferred)
•NIOSH approved Spirometry and CAOHC approved Audiometry certification (preferred)
•Adult CPR/AED certification and Instructor (preferred)
