Job Summary

Join HSBC in Bermuda as a GPS Sales Associate supporting a portfolio of global payments solutions. You’ll build relationships with new and existing clients, assist with sales administration, coordinate implementation of new solutions, and help ensure pricing, billing and revenue analyses are clearly defined and communicated to Sales Managers. You’ll collaborate with RMs, Product Development and Client Management to deliver a positive client experience in a dynamic payments environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Work in a team supporting a portfolio of new and existing clients with GPS products and solutions.
•Provide support where necessary for the coordination of critical projects with relevant stakeholders within GPS such as Implementation of new solutions.
•Ensure pricing & billing set up is clearly defined, communicated to the client (repricing, product renewals, new business setups etc) and stored in the client repository.
•Responsible for review of monthly revenue analysis for defined client portfolio by preparing summaries/forecasts and communicating findings to respective Sales Managers and investigate attrition where appropriate.
•Be responsible for driving adhoc requests such as, preparing call reports, Statement of Works and presentation materials where necessary.

Key Requirements

•Relevant global payments solutions knowledge and experience with payments/cash management products and services
•Experience delivering a service or solution directly to clients in a professional setting
•Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
•Empathy and a customer-centric mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality customer service
•Ability to support sales teams through coordination of projects, preparation of materials and reports
