Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while ensuring SLA adherence.
•Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues to prevent repeat failures.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; conduct maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades.
•Support controlled change and release activities, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Act as a liaison across business users, IT teams, and vendors; maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

•Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; validate patches and support upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) using controlled release processes with impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to handle escalations and enhancements for regulated healthcare workflows.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation while adhering to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.
