Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an SME for Zscaler support in operations for ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX within CSIRT/security operations using SIEM tools.
  • •Monitor and track security systems for vulnerabilities, respond to potential vulnerabilities, and support the vulnerability management program.
  • •Support security incident response as a first-line responder; coordinate incident data intake, status tracking, and escalation procedures.
  • •Perform security research, analysis, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests; provide security audit and investigation support.
  • •Provide 24x7 operations support in shifts, including on-call support for system administration tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 5+ years in information security with strong incident response and security vulnerability assessment experience.
  • •Strong experience with ServiceNow ticketing, dashboards, and integrations.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX and working in CSIRT/security operations.
  • •Strong experience with vulnerability management (including Qualys Vulnerability Management Tool) and vulnerability management programs.
  • •Experience with network operating systems and security tools (e.g., Cisco iOS, Juniper ScreenOS/Junos, Fortinet FortiOS, Check Point GAiA, Palo Alto PAN-OS) plus SIEM/logging platforms.
