Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform data analysis across frontend, backend, and test to identify yield limiters and drive root-cause diagnostics using advanced analytics, automation, and AI-assisted tools.
  • •Conduct electrical characterization and failure analysis using in-house bench testers and fault-isolation techniques to localize physical defects for physical failure analysis (PFA).
  • •Partner with frontend process and quality teams to drive manufacturing process corrections for yield improvements.
  • •Collaborate with Product Engineering (PE) and Test Solution Engineering (TSE) teams to analyze test-related yield issues and support shift-left initiatives.
  • •Support yield learning during NPI, qualification, ramp, and mature production phases with data-driven insights and technical leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
  • •Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, circuit layout, and schematics.
  • •Programming experience in Perl, Python, and/or C/C++ is a plus.
  • •Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.
