Key Responsibilities

  • •Procure direct materials in accordance with QA and SCM regulations and create purchase orders based on demand requirements.
  • •Coordinate with network schedulers for plan and execution updates; manage requisitions and supplier communication to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
  • •Execute and manage order exceptions (postponement/anticipation/cancellation), resolve internal discrepancies, and handle supplier delivery, claim, and quality issues.
  • •Evaluate and monitor supply performance (SOTD) and partner with suppliers and category managers on corrective/preventive actions for performance improvement.
  • •Maintain inventory levels, manage supplier invoices and holds, support RMA/reverse logistics with Supplier Quality and suppliers, and maintain relevant purchasing data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in operational procurement/supply chain-related areas.
  • •Fluent Spanish and English language capabilities.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Kinaxis, SAP MM, Mapics, Oracle, and MS Office; ERP system experience (SAP, Mapics, Oracle, Vista) is preferred.
  • •Strong skills in Excel/MS Office, effective communication, CI mindset, and high accuracy under pressure.
