Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and contribute to cross-functional S&R and innovation projects with life science, biotechnology, process, regulatory, and business teams.
  • •Plan and execute quantitative and qualitative analytical experiments, including sample preparation, instrument operation, data processing, and method performance assessment.
  • •Identify and characterize unknown compounds, impurities, and degradation products using high-resolution mass spectrometry and complementary techniques.
  • •Design, develop, and optimize fit-for-purpose analytical methods to support S&R and preclinical studies.
  • •Interpret complex analytical data, troubleshoot issues, and document work accurately and compliantly following SOPs and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •M.Sc. with 3+ years of work experience, or a recent PhD in analytical chemistry, natural products chemistry, pharmacognosy, pharmaceutical science, or related fields.
  • •Strong knowledge of chromatography–mass spectrometry techniques, including LC-MS and/or HRMS.
  • •Demonstrated analytical method development, optimization, validation, and troubleshooting capability.
  • •Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, including unknown compound or impurity identification.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with complementary techniques such as FTIR, UV, GPC, or NMR is advantageous.
