Repairs Controller (Sharjah, UAE)

Plan and manage end-to-end aircraft component repair processes, including vendor/repair-station coordination, in-house capability, and spare shipment logistics. Review repair quotations, establish repair processing and KPIs, monitor and control repair costs, and ensure timely dispatch/returns based on MRB/AMP requirements. Improve workflows through automation, support cost-efficient alternatives, and lead team training and performance reviews to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and prevent AOG situations.
