Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client financial transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies. Deliver a high-quality client experience by understanding financial needs, educating clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Cross-trained to assist with sales and service routines, comply with internal controls and risk policies, and act as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
