Job Summary

Lead a Financial Center through a customized FCMA onboarding and rotation program covering Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management. After training, manage customer relationships and drive a consultative sales process to identify needs and recommend solutions. Develop, coach, and lead a team, cultivate a One Bank culture, support community involvement, and ensure ethical conduct in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion, including the consultative selling certification.
•Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain strong knowledge of the bank’s products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) to proactively identify needs and recommend solutions.
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team; cultivate a One Bank culture and support community activities.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities successfully.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS.
