Consultant Specialist (Xi'an, SN, CN, -)

Lead and govern engineering standards for HSBC’s Android and iOS mobile apps across the Mobile Foundation and Channel Transformation. Build and grow the Android/iOS engineering community, advocate modern software practices, and participate in mobile architecture discussions. Help design and improve CI/CD tools and build pipelines, collaborate with technical leaders and product owners on strategy and requirements, and work with recruiting to attract, onboard, and retain diverse engineering talent.
