Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with business strategy and operational drivers such as patient volumes and utilisation.
  • •Track actuals vs budget, provide variance analysis, and recommend actions to improve performance for senior stakeholders.
  • •Build detailed financial models for clinic expansions, new services, and investment cases including ROI and sensitivity analysis.
  • •Partner with clinical and operational teams to translate financial data into actionable commercial insights and support decision-making.
  • •Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and insights; continuously enhance FP&A processes, governance, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–8+ years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.
  • •Proven experience working in a healthcare environment (clinics, hospitals, or healthcare groups).
  • •Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  • •Experience partnering with operations or business teams in a multi-site environment.
  • •Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
