Job Summary

Drive HealthHub’s FP&A function by owning budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance management that connect financial results to operational drivers like patient volumes, utilisation, and revenue cycle dynamics. Build detailed financial models for clinic expansions, new services, and investment cases, including ROI and sensitivity analysis. Partner with clinical and operational teams, and deliver executive-ready dashboards, insights, and presentations. Enhance FP&A processes using tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with business strategy and operational drivers such as patient volumes and utilisation.
•Track actuals vs budget, provide variance analysis, and recommend actions to improve performance for senior stakeholders.
•Build detailed financial models for clinic expansions, new services, and investment cases including ROI and sensitivity analysis.
•Partner with clinical and operational teams to translate financial data into actionable commercial insights and support decision-making.
•Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and insights; continuously enhance FP&A processes, governance, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5–8+ years’ experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.
•Proven experience working in a healthcare environment (clinics, hospitals, or healthcare groups).
•Strong hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
•Experience partnering with operations or business teams in a multi-site environment.
•Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, with exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
