Drive customer experience strategy for merchant offers by leading day-to-day maintenance of presentment channels and monitoring performance and site analytics. Coordinate with global offers teams and regions to align presentment roadmaps, support cardholder journey implementations for new clients, and manage quarterly program cycles. Partner cross-functionally across product, commercialization, engineering, and operations teams, manage vendor support for enhancements and creative assets, and lead budgeting for offer presentment management.
