•Serve as a keyholder for store opening/closing, ensuring operations and visual standards are executed.
•Lead the sales floor during shifts—maintaining energy/service standards, handling customer escalations, and providing real-time coaching.
•Build and manage a client database using Endear and execute personalized clienteling outreach to drive repeat business and private appointments.

Key Requirements

•Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence to build instant rapport and navigate diverse personalities with professionalism.
•A deep passion for styling with proven ability to edit collections for clients based on body type, occasion, and personal style.
•Self-starter mindset with the drive to treat the role like a career.
•Available to work at least 30 hours per week (up to 40), with daily open availability across a full 7-day work week and flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
