Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise shift activities and the team to achieve targets and deliver the business plan in line with policies and procedures.
  • •Monitor plant performance and provide operations engineering support to ensure optimal, safe operations and timely execution of shift work.
  • •Provide technical guidance and support for unit optimization, including analysis of operating logs/reports and recommendations to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • •Coordinate with maintenance for commissioning/start-up activities and ensure strict HSSE and permit-to-work compliance.
  • •Administer SAP processes for operations planning, scheduling, data management, and keep system documents up to date to meet quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •8 years’ experience in water desalination and power generation plants, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Knowledge of relevant plant equipment.
  • •SAP working knowledge is preferred.
  • •Project management and people management/mentoring-coaching skills.
