Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee full program lifecycle for large, multi-year aviation development programs across planning, design, procurement, and construction.
  • •Establish program governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics; ensure alignment between client goals, regulatory requirements, and execution plans.
  • •Review scopes, design deliverables, technical studies, phasing concepts, cost estimates, and construction packages for airside/landside/terminal elements.
  • •Manage program budgets, schedules, risk registers, change control, and cost forecasts; provide executive summaries and resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, quality, safety, and operational continuity.
  • •Lead, mentor, and support multidisciplinary teams; foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, including staff development and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and 12+ years of related experience in program or project management for aviation infrastructure projects, including 4 years of leadership.
  • •Ability to pass airport-specific background checks and obtain badges or clearances.
  • •Preferred: Master’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • •Preferred: PMP certification or equivalent.
  • •Proven experience delivering major airport development programs (airside, landside, or terminal).
