Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the shift and step in where needed to ensure smooth operations
  • •Coach and train staff to excel in hospitality and guest service
  • •Identify opportunities to work more efficiently, faster, and more enjoyable for guests
  • •Ensure everything on the floor and display looks top-notch from floor to vitrine
  • •Turn plans from the Assistant Manager into reality with pace, teamwork and overview
