Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the modeling platform strategy and roadmap, defining foundational capabilities and primitives.
  • •Build durable platform abstractions and determine what belongs in the shared platform versus consuming products.
  • •Partner with Engineering to design data models, schemas, APIs, behaviors, performance constraints, and architectural tradeoffs.
  • •Translate modeling concepts into consistent platform capabilities (e.g., objects/relationships, state and planning concepts, interoperability, interfaces/contracts).
  • •Ensure the platform is AI-ready with the structure and semantics needed for agent interaction while maintaining deterministic execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience, ideally with technically complex products such as platform, data, modeling, or analytics.
  • •Experience building shared platform capabilities used across multiple products, teams, or use cases.
  • •Strong technical fluency to partner with senior engineers on architecture and system design.
  • •Experience with modeling systems, including how data, relationships, calculations, and business logic come together.
  • •Excellent cross-functional leadership and judgment to drive clarity and decisions across Engineering, Design, Product, and stakeholders.
