Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
  • •Assist with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
  • •Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
  • •Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
  • •Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross-functional collaboration, including regional/global activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •2–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating data into business insights.
  • •Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting (advantage).
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluent English with stakeholder communication skills.
