Equipment Operator (San Martin, CA, US, 95046)

Operate and maintain concrete handling equipment (Rekers) safely and efficiently, inspecting product quality and adjusting settings as needed. Detect and report equipment malfunctions and quality issues, while supporting accurate production flow and reporting. Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and changes, execute daily fundamentals, and cross-train across other production tasks under supervision of the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager.
