Support the Art & Nature category team for TikTok Shop by helping define category strategy, assortment roadmaps, and merchant growth plans. Work with merchants and supply partners (e.g., artists/galleries, distributors, auction houses) to drive activation, retention, and operational health. Analyze category and merchant performance across content, conversion, delivery, and pricing, and partner with cross-functional teams to build programs that increase GMV and repeatability.

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

•Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
•Familiarity with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
