Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of infrastructure engineers focused on production infrastructure foundations.
  • •Own and operate global compute and network infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • •Drive capacity planning, demand forecasting, and fleet lifecycle management to support growth and AI workloads.
  • •Operate and continuously improve the Kubernetes platform and the Temporal-based workflow orchestration platform.
  • •Establish observability, incident response, and security controls; optimize infrastructure cost through rightsizing and utilization monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams.
  • •Deep expertise operating large-scale cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • •Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production, including cluster lifecycle management, networking, and reliability.
  • •Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems focused on reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • •Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or Pulumi) and observability/security practices (IAM, secrets management, monitoring/alerting, incident response).
