Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary customer interface, building rapport and facilitating closed-loop communication on issues, concerns, complaints, and resolutions.
  • •Coordinate forecast review and updates with partners and external suppliers, facilitate risk-focused quarterly meetings, and communicate risks/mitigation recommendations to management.
  • •Manage PO creation and information loops to ensure on-time completion of purchase orders and sales orders for new and rework parts, including resolving blocked goods receipts.
  • •Facilitate Siebel service requests for returns/replacements tied to quality issues, ensuring timely completion and continued oversight until resolution.
  • •Prepare and distribute status reports, support capacity and readiness analyses, and help assess suppliers and share forecast risk mitigations with internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years).
  • •7+ years’ experience in supply chain, project management, customer service, or planning.
  • •5 years of confirmed experience in the aviation industry.
  • •Strong supply chain management, data analysis, business insight, and logistics skills.
  • •Strong MS Excel skills and SAP/MRP system knowledge, with understanding of FARs and DFARs.
