Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate technical consumption into financial impacts for leadership and track customer funding, consumption, priorities, and initiatives.
  • •Coordinate onboarding, service adoption, cost awareness, requirements gathering, and repeatable workflows for service requests and reporting.
  • •Support Agile planning, prioritization, backlog alignment, delivery tracking, cross-team dependencies, releases, milestones, and procurement for cloud services/licensing and vendor proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Must possess a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Program Management or related field with 5+ years supporting IT, cloud, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or enterprise technology programs (or 10 years related experience in lieu of a degree).
  • •Experience managing complex programs with multiple technical teams and stakeholders.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud environments and Agile or DevSecOps environments.
  • •Strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis) and ability to translate technical consumption into financial impacts.
