Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete safety training and follow Micron safety policies to perform the job.
  • •Serve as a Process & Equipment engineer in the DRY group, working to establish high-quality, high-productivity mass-production technology.
  • •Improve yield rates by driving improvements across management systems and productivity.
  • •Support introduction and modification of new advanced equipment to improve production planning.
  • •Collaborate with equipment/process engineers and shift technicians, participate in troubleshooting for new product introductions, and report to leaders and stakeholders while contributing to overseas production-site knowledge sharing and standardization.
