Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence specification and design of Eaton solutions across low voltage power distribution, medium voltage, power quality, life safety, energy management, power monitoring, surge protection, and EV infrastructure.
  • •Identify and develop early-stage project opportunities across Ireland; build pipeline visibility and convert opportunities using Salesforce.
  • •Provide technical consultancy as a trusted advisor, supporting system architecture, single line diagrams, protection concepts, resilience strategies, and sustainability/energy efficiency requirements.
  • •Defend Eaton specifications through tender and procurement, minimizing specification erosion during value engineering and substitution.
  • •Collaborate internally with sales engineers, marketing, product management, channel sales, and partners; maintain accurate project/account/opportunity information in Salesforce.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in low voltage power distribution equipment (e.g., switchgear, switchboards, circuit protection) or related electrical infrastructure.
  • •Minimum 3 years in an electrical industry sales role with technical, project, contractor, panel builder, consultant, or channel-focused selling.
  • •Proven experience building relationships with contractors, panel builders, and/or consultants and influencing outcomes.
  • •Ability to identify, develop, and convert opportunities with strong commercial awareness.
  • •Familiarity with digital sales tools, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
