Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop a team of test specialists and technicians through mentorship, oversight, and development opportunities.
  • •Serve as the primary point-of-contact for test activities on the production floor and manage workloads to achieve weekly goals.
  • •Ensure consistent cross-functional specialist training across the team.
  • •Communicate and escalate needs, blockers, and issues upwards and laterally.
  • •Aid with firefighting, issue resolution, schedules, and shift leadership, including hiring, onboarding, and training new specialists.

Key Requirements

  • •Two years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline, or 4 years total equivalent technical experience.
  • •Experience testing and debugging complex electrical systems.
  • •Demonstrated ability to be a leader among peers.
  • •Experience training others and implementing processes to raise the overall bar in technical areas including software, hardware, debug, and safety.
  • •Must be willing to work all shifts and/or weekends as needed, including support of 24/7 operations for critical integration and test campaigns.
