Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee execution of preventive maintenance, retrofit, startup, and commissioning projects with planning, monitoring, control, and job closure.
  • •Manage scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • •Coordinate project handoffs, conduct initial technical/scope/scheduling reviews, and manage milestones and deliverables onsite.
  • •Lead project meetings and formal communication plans with internal/external stakeholders as primary point of contact.
  • •Provide financial oversight through cost control, warranty, change order management, and coordinate closeout mechanisms like punch lists and issue resolution.

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience leading and/or managing electrical, construction, or industrial projects (or services/sales/manufacturing of electrical distribution products).
  • •Minimum 3 years technical experience in electrical installation, design, services, or construction.
  • •Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
  • •PMP or Commissioning Agent certification and/or 5+ years electrical field services/commissioning project management experience (preferred).
