  • •Partner with cross-functional teams as the trusted legal resource for commercial contracts.

Salary: USD 125,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • •3–5 years of relevant commercial or transactional legal experience in-house.
  • •Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including vendor/customer agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and order forms.
  • •Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills for explaining complex legal concepts to business stakeholders.
  • •Experience with Ironclad or similar contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
