Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and define system architecture for new or existing computer systems using on-premises and cloud hosting technologies.
  • •Analyze requirements and system architectures to produce system requirement specifications and design plans.
  • •Administer, operate, and maintain components for on-premises and cloud-based virtualized systems.
  • •Plan and direct Windows Server infrastructure upgrades across Active Directory, Domain Controller topology, LDAP, Authentication Services, DNS, permissions/access controls, and Group Policy.
  • •Support solutions through the IT project lifecycle, including design documentation, installation instructions, deployment plans, O&M support, and security/SCAP hardening.

Key Requirements

  • •TS/SCI with Polygraph required to start; must be able to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • •CompTIA Security+ (or similar) for IAT Level II 8570/8140 certification required to start.
  • •10+ years of related experience with Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory design and implementation.
  • •Experience with Group Policy Management, Windows DNS/DHCP, and LDAP (including Active Directory Federation Services and Domains/Trusts).
  • •Experience hardening systems using security guidelines (e.g., DISA STIGs) and automating with PowerShell or other scripting languages.
