Job Summary

Design, deploy, and administer large-scale Windows Server/Active Directory environments across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. Support a geographically dispersed, state-of-the-art IT environment with TS/SCI clearance requirements, leveraging DevOps practices and integration of Linux and Microsoft services to secure, manage, and optimize identity services across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems utilizing both on-premises and cloud-based hosting technologies
•Analyze requirements and system architectures to develop system requirements specifications and resulting design plans
•Administer, operate, manage and maintain components for on-premises and cloud-based virtualized systems
•Reviews completion and implementation of system additions and/or enhancements and makes recommendations to management and/or clients
•Plans and directs upgrades of Windows Server infrastructure and related components in the area of Active Directory, Domain Controller topology, LDAP, Authentication Services, DNS, Permissions and Access Controls and Group Policy

Key Requirements

•10+ years of related IT experience focusing on Windows Server/Active Directory design, deployment, and administration.
•US Citizenship required and ability to obtain Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance.
•Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, AD FS, and Group Policy; Windows Server 2016/2019.
•Experience with Windows automation scripting (PowerShell) and managing servers in AWS and VMware.
•Familiarity with monitoring using System Center Operations Manager and ITSM tools (JIRA, ServiceNow); security hardening (DISA STIGs).
