Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of QMS processes and QMS standards knowledge.
  • •Monitor, review, and enhance QMS effectiveness; define KPIs per QMap and ensure targets and corrective actions are executed.
  • •Collaborate with global internal teams and external customers during audits/visits; advise department leadership on QMS standards and initiatives.
  • •Champion quality improvement toward a zero-defect mindset, including continual improvement opportunities and participation in critical network improvement programs.
  • •Provide technical leadership and support, maintain quality systems knowledge and tools, deliver training, and manage/develop the QMS and PCS team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Lead Auditor knowledge/experience for IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.
  • •At least 18+ years of experience in the semiconductor/EMS industry in a managerial role.
  • •Proven experience deploying FMEA, PPAP, control plans, SPC, and MSA.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team; experience with external auditors and customer relationships.
