Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Collaborate on reporting, budgets/expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities while supporting safe stockroom standards
