Provide technical instruction and support to customer personnel on proper handling and operating procedures. Track and maintain preventive maintenance, repairs, alignments, and conduct basic vibration analysis. Prepare detailed service reports and forms, train and coach new hires, and travel out of town when required while maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance.
