Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day billing operations, including generation, review, and release of invoices for usage-based and subscription customers.
•Reconcile usage, pricing, and billing data across multiple systems to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with signed commercial terms.
•Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, credit and rebill scenarios, and exceptions in partnership with Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales, Deal Desk, and Customer Success.
•Support month-end and quarter-end close with billing reconciliations, variance analyses, and supporting schedules.
•Design, document, and maintain billing operating procedures, controls, and checklists to improve auditability, scalability, and risk reduction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,400 - 131,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–6+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, order-to-cash, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a related function in B2B SaaS/technology.
•Experience reconciling complex, high-volume billing flows (e.g., usage-based, tiered pricing, multi-entity, multi-currency) across systems.
•Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, conditional logic, pivots, large datasets) and familiarity with CRM and ERP/billing platforms.
•Track record improving or implementing billing processes, controls, or automations to reduce errors, cycle time, or manual effort.
•High attention to detail and operational rigor, with the ability to manage multiple billing/close deadlines while maintaining accuracy and composure.
