Join LogicGate’s People team as an HR Associate in a hybrid Chicago-based role supporting onboarding, recognition, engagement, and learning programs. You’ll coordinate programs, manage swag and milestones, administer surveys, utilize AI tools to draft communications, and partner with HRBPs and leadership to enhance the employee experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate onboarding program operations including scheduling, logistics, and session content in partnership with program owners.
•Conduct regular audits of content, delivery methods, and tools (Slack, Confluence, LMS) to flag improvements and automation opportunities.
•Oversee swag logistics and milestone programs including inventory orders, new hire kits, store maintenance, and anniversary tracking while monitoring budget.
•Streamline company-wide recognition programs by compiling nomination summaries for HRBP review.
•Lead the execution logistics for annual experience surveys and monitor cross-functional action plans to translate feedback into insights for leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in an HR/People Operations coordination or specialist role, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
•Strong Foundation in HR Operations: experience supporting or administering HR programs such as onboarding, recognition, or engagement surveys and proficiency with HR tools and platforms.
•Exceptional Communication & Discretion: collaborative style with high integrity and the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality, along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
•AI Literacy & Tech-Forward Mindset: curiosity to explore and adopt new technologies and willingness to use AI tools to draft communications or summarize employee sentiment.
