Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, recommend, and implement strategic process projects to improve quality, capacity, yield, energy consumption, and process safety performance.
  • •Develop systems to sustain value across health, safety, environmental performance, production rates, reliability, cost, and quality.
  • •Troubleshoot and problem-solve advanced process operating issues; monitor, optimize, and improve operating units using KPIs.
  • •Provide process design support for capital projects and develop Process Design Package recommendations and business cases.
  • •Support and lead PSM activities including PHAs, HAZOP analyses, MOCs, PSSRs, PSV calculations, and incident investigations; coach and mentor engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
  • •Minimum five years of relevant manufacturing experience.

  • •Strong troubleshooting and ability to apply engineering concepts to solve performance problems and improve unit performance.
