Key Responsibilities

•Direct Secure by Design (SbD) assessments across multiple projects to ensure process adherence and security integration.
•Develop SbD principles, controls, secure design standards, and reference architectures aligned to ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
•Chair security architecture governance forums to review high-risk designs, approve exceptions, and identify enhancements.
•Evaluate new service proposals and existing systems to identify architectural weaknesses and support cost-effective risk treatment decisions.
•Collaborate across engineering and DevOps to integrate security patterns throughout the SDLC and run a continuous remediation program to close security design gaps.

Key Requirements

•+10 years of experience in cybersecurity or secure architecture roles, including security design and remediation.
•+5 years of management experience leading teams and steering cross-functional stakeholders.
•Deep understanding of secure architecture patterns, secure network design, and threat modeling techniques.
•Ability to assess complex architectures and translate security recommendations into a secure design roadmap and priorities.
•Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security/Computer Science/Information Technology or related field, plus relevant certifications such as CISSP/CCSP/SABSA/TOGAF or cloud security/architecture certifications.
