Subcontract Manager

Oversee and improve supplier contract deliverables from order placement through delivery, ensuring on-time performance, quality compliance, and adherence to cost agreements. Manage complex, high-risk contracts including Build-to-Print orders, track supplier KPIs, and develop improvement and risk-mitigation plans. Collaborate with Project, Engineering, Quality, and Industry teams, facilitate performance reviews, and mentor junior buyers while driving continuous improvement using Lean and tools such as DMAIC and PFMEA.
